The exterior restoration included:
Deck, Planter Boxes, Overhang lights
Painting
West Trellis
Roof Flashing
Wood doors, storage cabinets, entry
Additionally the storage and electrical closets added a panel above door. A panel was also added below kitchen windows. These were in the original design.
